    Holding Her Through Every Season

I’m Jaime I wear many hats, most importantly, I’m a mother to three little people who have taught me about surrender, strength, and the depth of women’s wisdom. My family and I call Central West NSW home. It’s here, in this community, that I feel deeply honoured to walk alongside women and families during one of the most tender and transformative seasons of life.

Her Haven was born from a desire to serve women more fully, to offer care that doesn’t rush her, reduce her, or separate her experiences into parts. Pregnancy, birth, feeding, healing, and motherhood are not isolated events. They are threads of one continuous journey, and women deserve support that reflects that wholeness. It also reflects my range of qualifications and skills, I am a Registered Nurse, Endorsed Private Midwife, International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and Child and Family Health Nurse.

    Holding Her Story

As a mother, I know that growing, birthing, and, feeding a baby is natural, but it is not always straightforward. More than that, I know how vulnerable it can feel to ask for help, and how powerful it is to be truly heard.

My work is about holding her. Listening deeply. Creating space for her experiences, her choices, her questions, and her instincts. Whether a woman is preparing to birth, learning to feed her baby, healing her body, or finding her feet in motherhood, she deserves care that meets her exactly where she is.

A Complementary Approach to Women’s Care

I am deeply passionate about providing essential care that bridges the spaces where women often feel unsupported. This work exists alongside mainstream healthcare, enhancing it by offering time, presence, continuity, and body-based understanding.

Through Her Haven, I offer care that supports women across all aspects of their journey, from pregnancy bodywork and birth preparation, to infant feeding support, pelvic health awareness, and postpartum integration. This is care that sees her as a whole person held within family, community, and lived experience.

Her body. Her choices. Her way.

I believe that when women are supported, informed, and respected, their bodies hold immense wisdom. My role is not to direct, but to walk beside her, offering evidence-based information, skilled hands, and steady reassurance so she can make choices that feel aligned and right for her.

Because when a woman is held, she is better able to hold her baby, her family, and herself.

I look forward to welcoming you, and supporting you wherever you find yourself on this journey.
