I am currently undertaking a mentorship with Fiona Hallihan in internal pelvic release techniques. I am currently offering sessions provided at no cost for women seeking this care and willing to walk alongside me as I deepen my learning.

Supporting her body, her comfort, and her innate ability to move, hold, and release

Internal Pelvic Release Work

The pelvis is much more than bones; it is a garden of tissues, fibres, and ligaments that support the bladder, bowel, womb, cervix, and vagina. These soft tissues act like roots and vines, suspending and stabilising these organs while allowing the body to adapt to life’s seasons, growth, pregnancy, birth, and beyond. The capacity of these fibres to stretch, soften, and accommodate change is extraordinary.

Yet, like any living system, tissues can hold tension. This tension may be conscious or unconscious, accumulated from injuries, postural habits, trauma, surgery, hobbies, or the rhythms of everyday life. Tension can restrict movement, limit the flow of energy, and reduce the spaciousness the body naturally craves. And sometimes, it holds more than physical restriction; it can cradle memories, emotions, and experiences, gently anchoring them in her body.

Internal Pelvic Release Work invites these tissues to release, to sigh, and to bloom. Through tender, intentional touch, areas of tightness can soften, creating space and comfort within the pelvis. As the tissues relax, the body begins to reclaim alignment, ease, and flow.

How It Works

The vagina is a remarkable, transformable tube-like structure. The back wall of the vagina offers a doorway to the deeper tissues that support the pelvic bones and organs. Through this gentle, internal approach, we can connect with ligaments, muscles, and fascia to encourage release and balance.  Each woman’s body carries tension differently, and our work is always personalised to her needs, her history, and her rhythm.

A session may include:

Her story
We begin with conversation, learning about your history, body, and what you wish to nurture and restore.

Exploration of her body’s garden
We explore soft tissues externally and internally, noticing where tension may be rooted, and inviting the body to soften with presence, breath, and care.

Empowered self-care tools
You leave with practical exercises and awareness techniques, tools to continue tending to your body between sessions, allowing the garden to flourish on its own.

Who May Benefit

Internal Pelvic Release Work supports women in many seasons of life:

  • Preparing their bodies for pregnancy.

  • Preparing for birth and wanting the pelvis and surrounding tissues to feel open and flexible

  • Healing postpartum, including after birth.

  • Experiencing pelvic discomfort, tension, or restricted movement

  • Looking to connect more deeply with their body and its natural wisdom

  • Holding patterns of tension, emotion, or memory within the pelvis

This work is not about “fixing” something broken; it’s about meeting her body with curiosity, care, and respect, allowing her tissues to release, expand, and thrive.

Why It Matters

When the body’s tissues sigh, and space is restored, she feels it: a sense of comfort, lightness, and ease. The nervous system softens, her breath deepens, and her body reconnects with its natural rhythm and resilience.

Internal Pelvic Release Work is about supporting her body to do what it was designed to do: to stretch, carry, birth, and nurture life with feminine strength, softness, and flow. It is about helping her reclaim alignment, freedom of movement, and the confidence that comes from feeling embodied and whole.

This is a space where she is seen, heard, and held, a haven for her body, mind, and spirit.

Her Haven was born on Wiradjuri Land.
We pay respect to Ancestors and Elders past and present.
